Representatives in the Chicago war room rejoice at the thought of Coples falling to them at No. 19. He has as much upside as any defensive end in this class and has the potential to be a premier pass rusher at the next level. The Bears need another pass rusher to play opposite Julius Peppers and this pick may turn to gold for Chicago. Bears' coaches are known for getting the most out of their defensive players and Coples' biggest concern is his inconsistent motor. Playing with Peppers and Urlacher under the eye of that coaching staff should correct that problem rather quickly and allow Coples to thrive.
