Scott Porter: What are your biggest strengths?
Chris Cook: My physical style and I am a very smart player.

Scott Porter: What are your goals for the NFL?
Chris Cook: To contribute to whatever team drafts me and to play early and learn. I want to play early on in my career.

Scott Porter: Who has been your biggest influence?
Chris Cook: My mom and my grandfather.

Scott Porter: What is your favorite memory while at Virginia?
Chris Cook: My first interception my freshman year and returning it for a touchdown vs. Maryland.

Scott Porter: What hobbies do you have off the field?
Chris Cook: I am an internet freak. I spend all day on the internet and I listen to a lot of music.

Scott Porter: Who is the toughest WR you have ever faced?
Chris Cook: Georgia Tech WR Calvin Johnson, now of the Detroit Lions.

Scott Porter: What will you miss most about the NFL?
Chris Cook: The college atmosphere. Basically what I will miss most is just living the life of a college person.

Scott Porter: What are you looking forward to most about the NFL?
Chris Cook: I am looking forward to competing against the best players in the world week in and week out.

Scott Porter: How would you describe your style of play?
Chris Cook: I play very relaxed and calm. I am a very confident cornerback and just try and have fun while on the field.

(September 21, -- Virginia Tech redshirt sophomore RB Ryan Williams is questionable at best for Saturday’s conference opener against Boston College after he injured a hamstring in last weekend’s win over East Carolina. The injury is not believed to be serious even though Williams had to be helped off the field and spent the second half on crutches, however, he has practiced on a limited basis this week.
