The Bills gave Ryan Fitzpatrick a large contract extension and opted not to address the quarterback situation in the 2012 draft; but if Fitzpatrick doesn't take a big step forward in 2012, the Bills front office may opt for a change. No quarterback has more upside in this draft than Logan Thomas and he'd be a great fit in Chan Gailey's offensive system. Two years ago people were clamoring for Cam Newton to end up in Buffalo and Thomas is as close as you'll find to Newton in college football. The Bills may also look at adding a wide receiver with this pick, but with both Robert Woods and Keenan Allen off the board, the high impact value of Logan Thomas is the smart pick.
