Nate Irving
On what he's looking forward to on Saturday: Just to get out and compete, with and against some of the top seniors in the nation. Go out there and have a good time, have fun.

On coming back post-injury: Football is a game I love, that's part of my identity. To come back and be able to do this is just a blessing. I didn't need any motivation, it was just a part of who I was to come back and play.

On playing in the Senior Bowl: I didn't put too much thought into it. I was just taking it one day at a time. Getting better each and every day through rehab, through practice and through the season.

On the biggest challenge after injury: Just getting back into playing shape. Just to get back and get used to formations, game speed, and being out there with my teammates and being in game situations for 60 minutes.

On playing in pass coverage: I do enjoy that. I like to drop back in the zone where I can sit and stare at the quarterback and catch some interceptions.

On his biggest strength: My vision, I'm able to see things quickly and diagnose plays. Therefore I can run to it, hopefully in the backfield, and make a big play.

On his biggest weakness: I know I need to improve on shedding blocks. I can engage blocks and slip past them but to get off blocks once I'm engaged I need to do a better job at.

On inside/outside or scheme preference: [NFL teams] have asked me how I feel about inside or outside, 4-3 or 3-4, I don't really care too much to have a spot that I want to play. I just want to go out and help the team in any position that I can.
